Broadcast over ten Friday afternoons, fronted by Inspiral Carpets keyboard player Clint Boon, with a diverse range of guests and listener contributions.

Venues included Salford Lads Club (made famous by The Smiths), Wigan Casino Cafe (cult Northern Soul venue), and The Met in Bury (legendary live music and arts venue). Listeners and locals provided nostalgia, with interviews from heritage and new artists adding to the sound.
